Implementation of digital technologies at UAB Glori ir Ko to increase company productivity

The project was funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

Glori ir Ko focuses on attentive, professional customer service. The company continuously monitors market changes and trends, develops its product range and invests in service quality. In response to growing competition and its goal of developing operations and increasing labour productivity, the company identified a need for digitised production solutions.

To target investments effectively, the company commissioned a technology audit. Based on its findings, the project included the acquisition of production equipment with integrated digital technologies. The investment was intended to expand business volumes and sales, improve cost management and significantly increase productivity. EU Structural Funds support made it possible to implement the project at the planned scale and within the planned period.
